 Pre-Diabetes? Pre-diabeties is a common misspelling of pre-diabetes.
 
People who have pre-diabetes have higher blood sugar levels than normal, but these levels are not high enough for a diabetes diagnosis. There are several risk factors for this condition, including age, ethnicity, family history, blood pressure, and weight. In order to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes, people with pre-diabetes are advised to reduce their fat and calorie intake, exercise regularly, and lose weight.
