An Introduction to Prandin Side Effects
As with any medicine, side effects are possible with
Prandin® (
repaglinide). However, not everyone who takes the drug will experience side effects. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well. If side effects do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or can be easily treated by you or your healthcare provider.

Common Side Effects of Prandin
Prandin has been studied thoroughly in clinical trials in which the side effects reported by a group of people taking the drug are documented and compared to another group not taking the medicine.
As a result, it was possible to see what side effects occurred, how often they appeared, and how they compared to the group not taking the medicine.

- Bronchitis (infection of the main passageways to the lungs)
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Constipation
- Joint pain
- Chest pain
- Tooth problems.
