Metanx 3-35-2 Mg Tablets

People who have certain complications associated with diabetes may be prescribed Metanx®. This vitamin comes in only one form and strength: Metanx 3-35-2 mg tablets. Each tablet contains:
  • 3 mg of L-methylfolate (a form of folic acid)
  • 35 mg of pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (a form of vitamin B6)
