Bile acid sequestrant cholesterol medications and insulin are examples of drugs that can cause negative interactions with Oseni. Some of these combinations may increase your risk for dangerously low blood sugar levels or decrease the effectiveness of the drugs. Your healthcare provider will carefully monitor you, adjust your dosages, or recommend different medications if necessary.

Oseni® (alogliptin and pioglitazone) can potentially react with a number of products. Some of the drugs that can lead to interactions with Oseni include:
         
  • Somatropin (Genotropin®, Humatrope®, Norditropin®, Nutropin AQ®, Omnitrope®, Saizen®, Serostim®, Tev-Tropin®, Zorbtive®).
