Taking digoxin and Jentadueto together may affect the levels of these medications in your blood. Your healthcare provider should monitor the level of digoxin in your blood, especially when starting or stopping Jentadueto.

Diuretics

Estrogens
Taking Jentadueto with estrogens can make Jentadueto less effective, increasing your risk for high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia). You may need to be monitored more closely, and your healthcare provider may need to adjust your Jentadueto dose, especially when starting or stopping an estrogen.

Isoniazid
Taking Jentadueto with isoniazid can make Jentadueto less effective, increasing your risk for high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia). You may need to be monitored more closely, and your healthcare provider may need to adjust your Jentadueto dose, especially when starting or stopping isoniazid.

Oral Contraceptives
Taking Jentadueto with oral contraceptives (birth control pills) can make Jentadueto less effective, increasing your risk for high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia).
