Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs)
If you have kidney disease or kidney failure, taking both NSAIDs and losartan may add to the damage that your kidneys are already suffering. Also, NSAIDs may decrease the blood pressure-lowering effects of losartan. For your particular situation, talk to your healthcare provider about using NSAIDs and losartan together.
 
Fluconazole (Diflucan)
If you are taking fluconazole and losartan together, your body may metabolize losartan differently than intended. This can cause an increased level of losartan in your body. When using these medicines together, your healthcare provider may choose to monitor you more closely and adjust your losartan dose as needed.
