Does Goji Work?

Goji supplements are believed to be beneficial for treating various conditions, but does goji work for these claimed uses? Although there is almost no scientific evidence that the product is indeed effective for any use, this does not necessarily mean that it does not work. It may simply mean that little research has been performed on the effectiveness of goji.

 dietary supplements, goji is claimed to work for a variety of different uses. But does it really work? This article will address the effectiveness of goji for various uses, including:

  • Strengthening muscles and bone
  • Extending lifespan
  • Reducing sweating
  • Improving circulation
  • Reducing irritability
  • Improve the general health and function of the liver and kidneys (as a kidney or liver tonic).
