How Should Glumetza Be Stored?

Glumetza should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture or heat. Glumetza tablets should be kept in an airtight container.
 
Keep Glumetza and all medications out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Glumetza?

If you do not take your Glumetza as scheduled, take your next dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose of Glumetza.
 

Strengths of Glumetza

Glumetza tablets are available in two strengths:
 
  • Glumetza 500 mg tablets
  • Glumetza 1000 mg tablets.
     

Generic Glumetza

Generic Glumetza is not available at this time. However, generic Glucophage XR (which is similar but not equivalent to Glumetza) is available.
